nolaparent - Do you have post fields in your form? (Title/Body, etc...) Can you link us to your form? If you have WordPress post fields in your form, then the post should have been created as a WordPress draft, so you would click on Posts in WordPress and look for Drafts that need to be set as Published.

I don't see where an entry appears as a post in WP. Someone submitted an entry on my site. How can I approve and/or publish this entry?

What Rob described above is how to approve a post that has been created as a draft by a Gravity Form. We are assuming that is what you are referring to as an entry is just an entry and there is no status associated with it.

You can also approve a post created by an entry by viewing the entry in WordPress, then on the right there will be a link to the post that was created. You can click through to the post and then from the post editor (the built in WordPress post editor) you can publish the post.

We do plan on integrating the ability to publish a post right from the entry detail page if it is not already published.

You would go to the Post in your WP Post Tab and then you can publish the post.
