The reason for having this feature is that we have users submit lots of reports through the form system. We don't want to have to look through ALL of them. I understand that we can add a field to the form that will allow for us to set a status and we can organize by that status through the view entries. But I believe that it would be nice to have a place that you can throw entries if they have been completed and no futher work has beend one to them. This would get them off that open ALL and would be easier to use and navigate. I have thought about putting them in the trash, but If I give the users the ability to put items in the trash then it gives them the abillity to permanently delete them. </p> <p>Any thoughts?</p> <p>sorry for spelling errors..typing quick on a ipad. </p>
