Thank you. I know this is off topic, but can I upgrade to dev license if I start with the personal license?

You can do this. It's not built in, but it can be accomplished. I have something similar with scoring quizzes. Your application will be a little different as rather than just one point for each right or wrong answer, you will assign weights to each value.

There was a similar question just a couple days ago:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/form-for-wordpress-site-to-assign-landing-page-based-on-weighted-responses

Hi,

I am about to purchase gravity forms, but before I do I have a quick question. I would like to setup a couple of assessments, for one of them I would like to assign numeric values to each answer, and have to total value displayed in a report with a message stating whether the applicant is successful or not based on their score. Either by way of email or onscreen - but I would like the info to be emailed to me so I can follow it up.

How difficult would that be? I have done a little bit of programming but not much.
