If it can send you an e-mail, then it probably isn't a Gravity Forms issue. I've confirmed that the GF setting is checked re the e-mailed receipt from Authorize.Net and I've confirmed within Authorize.Net that the receipt should be sent.</p> <p>I've verified that the E-mail field is mapped correctly on the Authorize.Net settings page in GF and verified that a valid e-mail address was entered in the actual form.</p> <p>Everything appears to be set right, but now it appears that Authorize is not sending an e-mail out. </p> <p>Anyone have an idea how to track if this is a GF problem or Authorize? </p>
