Looks like that revealed the problem. I was using a jumpbox appliance and CURL was not installed. When I go to the Forms | Settings page and click on the Authorize.Net link, nothing is displayed (besides the caption "Authorize.Net Settings" and the two links ("Gravity Forms | Authorize.Net"). I have tried disabling all plugins except Gravity Forms and the Authorize.net add on, but it still does not show up. I have also tried this on both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I am not sure what to try next. </p>
