The product pricing fields allow you to add a product where the price can be entered by the visitor. I need a very simple credit card payment form for people to make a payment on their bill. No shopping cart - no products. I need the basic credit card fields, but, also a few extra fields such as "patient name" and "account number". Will the developers license upgrade serve this purpose? </p>
