Once you properly configure it there is a "Test Email" feature on the WP Mail SMTP plugin settings page that allows you to test if it was setup properly. If not you should try setting the Send To address to a @gmail.com or @yahoo.com account you have access to and then test. Be sure to check their spam filter.</p> <p>After doing number #2 above if the emails arrive at these other accounts, are the notifications only not working if it's to an email address with the @dumboartsfestival.com domain name?</p> <p>The questions about are important to help us determine what you need to do next.
