An alternative is to pull the page title of the current page the gravity form is embedded in. Then I could just setup two different pages and have the page titles be different, but still use the same form. How can I pull the current page title into the gravity form?

OK doing that pulls the previous URL, but is there a way to pull the page title of that previous page?

AB,

You can do this by inserting a variable in a field as the default value.

Steps:
1. Create a new 'hidden' field
2. Edit the field and click the 'Advanced' tab
3. There is a drop-down box under 'Default Value' that says 'Insert variable' click that and choose 'HTTP Referer URL'
4. Update the form and test it.

I am trying to create a form that will auto populate a text field with the page title of the previously visited page. Is that possible?

Basically I will have a Product Page A and a Product Page B. If someone were to click on the Contact Us link one either of those pages, it would direct them to the same form, but the subject field would auto populate to be either Product Page A or Product Page B.
