Many people have issues with notifications due to server settings. Usually, if they are set-up correctly in Gravity Forms, we have them install and configure a SMTP plugin and make sure they've created a real e-mail address to send the e-mail from on their server. </p> <p>Gravity Forms uses WordPress' built-in wp-mail.php sendmail file to send e-mails. You might want to check PHP logs to see if there is something wrong. You're right, I was not clear enough. </p> <p>Notifications. When a form is sent there is an option for a "notification to user" to be sent.
