I have set up CPT using a single category for each county and contest. Example</p> <p>Alabama &lt;&lt; Custom post type<br /> County 1/ Contest 01 &lt;&lt;Category<br /> County 1/ Contest 10 &lt;&lt;Category<br /> County 1/ Contest 17 &lt;&lt;Category<br /> County 2/ Contest 01 &lt;&lt;Category<br /> County 2/ Contest 10 &lt;&lt;Category<br /> County 2/ Contest 17 &lt;&lt;Category<br /> I using entry codes that will be given to the user.
