A patient needs to fill out three different forms. I want all the data to be contained as one multi-page form rather than three separate forms. No, you don't have pay anything additional to get the updates. The registration/license key is the same thing. You should have received it in your purchase email. If you've entered the key correctly and still see the registration message, it could be that you have a caching plugin that's preventing it from updating or that your site is unable to connect to our server to authenticate. Those are the most common reasons.</p> <p>In the mean time, you can always download the latest release on the downloads page of this site and update the plugin manually if you wish.</p> <p>Lastly, the multipage capabilities and CSS "Ready Classes" are part of the upcoming 1.5 version and aren't part of the current 1.4.5 release. If you want those, you're welcome to download the 1.5 beta version, but since it's a first beta, there could still be some bugs. The problem is that your license key is not getting validated correctly. Next to your license key in the settings page, do you see a green tick or a red "stop" sign?<br /> If you see a red "stop" sign, that means Gravity Forms can't recognize your license. I'm not getting the option for automatic upgrades. The posts I read indicated that this was a problem related to versions prior to version 1.4.4. When I click on the link it takes me to the settings page. The settings page has the license information. There is nothing on the page that refers to registering the plugin. A contact form and a multi-page patient information form. The current version I'm working with doesn't have some of the features I'd like to use such as built in class styles and page breaks.
