Thanks, this sounds like just what I need. I'll take a look around the forum at auto-population, pull out all my hair, and then finally get it, that\s what usually happens with me :o)

This is possible. You have 2 forms.

One for a person to submit a job posting which then creates a post with a custom field that contains the email address of the employer.

The second form is for the person applying for the job. It would be displayed in the post template for the job listing. You would use API hooks to then override the send to notification using the email contained in the custom field for that post.

You can search the forums for pre-populating notifications to read up on how to override notification settings.

If you need help with writing the code and customizing your install and are willing to pay a consultant there are a few that monitor the forums for people that need minor custom work done with Gravity Forms.

Ok, this might get confusing, but I'm ready for it :o/

We will be having a section for people to advertise jobs free, and for job seekers to apply for them free using a form.

What seems the easiest option, would be to have the form automatically duplicate an application form we have ready-made on the system, and just change the email address of who receives it, depending on what email address the employer placed into the original information.

I know that isn't as simple as I first thought, but is it actually possible?
