Sorry, I lost this topic for a little bit. What you want to do can be accomplished with jQuery on the front end. It's not built in to Gravity Forms, but can be accomplished. Please see here (this was related to a drop down, but applies the same to radio buttons):

No problem. Just wanted to make sure you know it's already possible to do.

Yes yes yes Chris...right after posting my stupid comment I found Robbie's post here http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/File:Notifications-to-administrator.png showing there's an easy way to do that, +1 feature that you had there for ages.
Implemented and working.
Super and sorry!

Elena, your issue is not related to that of the original poster. Your issue can be resolved by using Routing in the notifications. You would define routing rules that say, in effect "If the selection is obstetrics, then send the admin notification to obstetrics@example.com "

Does using the routing make sense for you? It can be found under the Notifications tab:

Yep, this would really really nice. We are using GF on medical sites. These practices have different specialties which are shown on a drop-down menu (e.g. gynaecology, obstetrics, human reproduction), and I wonder if a user picks obstetrics, the form could be automatically sent to the specific email provided by the department of obstetrics, not to the general one.
The form is here: https://www.santiagodexeus.com/contacto/
It's a +1 feature.
Thanks!

yes that is exactly what i mean. I have already set up conditional choices, but once that's chosen i need addresses filled in.

Can you share an example of what you mean? Do you mean that someone might choose a location in a drop down, or with a radio button, then you would populate the address related to that choice?

So, the radio button options might be:

Chicago

Boston

San Diego

And with that selection, later down in the form, the address fields for whichever location selected, would be filled in?

Is there a way to have an address automatically fill in when a certain option is picked from a different field?
