This is due to limitations int he AWeber API. In short, the AWeber API does not support ADDING subscribers. You can only add subscribers using a basic method that involves sending an email and it only supports name and email address.</p> <p>We have talked to AWeber about this and keep prodding them to add this capability to their API because frankly their API is useless if you can't add a subscriber using it. I don't understand having an API that can't do the primary task people need: adding a subscriber.
