You can set up such conditions in Gravity Forms. Try out our demo: http://gravityforms.com/demo All my best!

Hi,

Considering purchasing Gravity Forms.

Currently I have an Aweber Mailing List subscription Form.

What I want to be able to do:

Visitor selects their State, then subdivisions for that state appear.

For example, there are 3 states listed; each with a checkbox next to it.
If the visitor selects New York.....
Then the following options appear underneath: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, Queens (each with a check box).

If they select, New Jersey...then "North Jersey", "Central Jersey", "South Jersey" appear

So the user can check off which regions s/he would like to receive announcements for (ie. Manhattan only, or whatever combination).

I already have these regions made up in aweber as segments....but I want conditional logic so that the regions are only shown if a relevant state is selected (via drop-down or checkbox). With aweber you can't do that directly....you have to just list all of the regions to everyone.

Thank you
