Did you already resolve this? I don't see a background colour on the errors any longer.

Thanks, is it possible to have the code to just change the background colour to a colour I specify?

Paul,

You should check out the CSS Targeting Samples in the documentation for examples of how to target and style the various parts of the form. The following link will take you directly to the examples regarding validation errors http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Targeting_Samples#Validation_Errors

Hi, I have some required fields at https://www.newlifeconference.co.uk/booking/
If these are not used the error message displayed also changes the background colour and text of the form.
This clashes with my site styling which has a solid background colour and white text and so makes the text unreadable.
Is there a way to change this styling as it is also causing issues when the confirmation form is displayed which again changes the text colour and the background colour.
