I realized that it is not a mistake of your own, I was using jquery mobile as a framework for a new mobile theme. I have switched back to the previously non-mobile theme and the form works on blackberry. Sorry to have thought it was a gravity forms issue. It is probably a combination of me being new to jquery mobile and trying to make it work together with wordpress and gravity forms on a device that I do not have access to test on (my friend was giving me screenshots back and forth).

I have just decided to revert back to the non-mobile theme on that specific page for use on the blackberry. Thanks for the prompt response.

This is the first time Blackberry has been mentioned.

Do you have a link to the form online?

Hey guys, I have been using Gravity Forms for quite some time and I love the plugin but I have an odd thing happening. I don't know how much testing you have done with blackberrys but I am making a mobile site and on every mobile device we have tested gravity forms shows up. As soon as we look on a blackberry v5.0.0.714 with the standard browser it loads a blank white screen. It refuses to load any template styles or links. As soon as I take the gravity form embed out the page shows up as it should. Do you know of an existing issue with blackberry? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
