We no longer support IE7, if they are using IE7.</p> <p>If you are using conditional logic in your form, the form will not show without JavaScript active.</p> <p>I did not see any JavaScript errors on your two form pages, but I could not test in older versions of IE.</p> <p>Regarding BuddyPress, I'm not that familiar with the setup. However, can you check the box in Gravity Forms "Enable Custom Registration Page" <a href="http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&amp;addon=User+Registration" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&amp;addon=User+Registration</a> and then select a page to direct all registrations to. You can call it "Register". Then you can map the BuddyPress page to that page. I get form submissions, everyone who I've tested with can see the form...</p> <p>It's just these 2 customers. My GUESS is that they have older computers and browsers. But I've basically turned over all form work to gravity, including my registration form for the site! On that note, is there any way to make Buddypress realise I'm using a gravity form to register so it stops trying to either go to it's own, or complain that there's no register page set when I tell it to use -none- in its settings?</p> <p>Anyway, this blank form thing is weird. Could it be if javascript is turned off or something funky like that?</p> <p>I just can't believe it would just turn up blank though without javascript...
