It could be. Gravity Forms requires JavaScript to function properly.

Also I had one friend test in IE7 and it worked fine. It must just be the javascript off thing.

do you think there would be any easy way to redirect a user somewhere else or use a deprecated form if javascript is detected to be off?

Ahh that is very helpful. It at least gives me something to tell my customers. I can put that on the top of the form and tell them to upgrade!

I've set that option in custom rego - that's probably good to do anyway even though it didn't stop buddypress complaining. Ahh, it's no big deal anyway.

I am using conditional logic - to test whether they are logged in or not and all sorts of cool things I could only do with gravity!

As Marty McFly says: Heavy.

You will need to find out what version of Windows and IE the users with the problem are using. We no longer support IE7, if they are using IE7.

If you are using conditional logic in your form, the form will not show without JavaScript active.

I did not see any JavaScript errors on your two form pages, but I could not test in older versions of IE.

Regarding BuddyPress, I'm not that familiar with the setup. However, can you check the box in Gravity Forms "Enable Custom Registration Page" http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&addon=User+Registration and then select a page to direct all registrations to. You can call it "Register". Then you can map the BuddyPress page to that page. Would that stop the complaints from BuddyPress?

I have tried searching, to no avail.

For a very small number of users, they are getting everything on the page working fine EXCEPT for the gravity form (via shortchode).

Other than these 2 users, who tell me they're on Windows and IE (don't know which version), everything works great. I get form submissions, everyone who I've tested with can see the form...

It's just these 2 customers. My GUESS is that they have older computers and browsers. However I have a friend who has tested on all IE 7,8 and 9 and he says he can see the forms fine.

http://www.alphashows.com.au/register/
and
http://www.alphashows.com.au/contact/

are where I use gravity forms on my site!

It's kinda frustrating as they're important customers but not very good with computers. But I've basically turned over all form work to gravity, including my registration form for the site! On that note, is there any way to make Buddypress realise I'm using a gravity form to register so it stops trying to either go to it's own, or complain that there's no register page set when I tell it to use -none- in its settings?

Anyway, this blank form thing is weird. Could it be if javascript is turned off or something funky like that?

I just can't believe it would just turn up blank though without javascript... It should still work, right?!

Thank you in advance.

Ben
