Thanks very much for the answer Carl.

Our main developer is back tomorrow, so I will let him have a proper read of the tutorial.

Thanks again for your help.

This isn't a built in feature but there is no reason why you couldn't do this as a customization using the gform_validation hook. You could write custom validation to validate the phone number was entered. You would have to be familiar with REGEX to create the necessary validation.

Here is a tutorial on using the gform_validation hook:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Using_the_Gravity_Forms_%22gform_valiation%22_Hook

If this is above your skill set it probably wouldn't take very long for an experienced developer to implement something like this for you if you wanted to hire someone to do it.

I have been asked by a client if we can block certain phone numbers (Area codes).

The problems they are having are from people leaving a number to callback - But the person leaving the number is giving a premium rate number.

It's quite difficult to spot them all as there are many variations of premium rate numbers (in the UK).

Can anybody help please?

Thanks, Dylan
