			<description>&#60;p&#62;I doubt this is possible in any way shape or form withOUT using hooks (and I'm OK with that).. but wanted to give it a go:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We have a client that gets a bunch of form submits with emails from other counties (.ru, .pl, etc..) -- they want to block these from hitting their inbox..&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How do you validate via hook? -- Anyone know regex well enough to write it for me :)?
