When I insert in into the page and view the page the page is blank. Then later, I changed a couple of the fields (that had conditional logic applied to them) from ‘required’ to ‘not required.’ This resulted in the form not showing again. It appears that Gravity Forms programming has a glitch that when you go back and change a field that has conditional logic applied it the form becomes non-viewable.</p> <p>We manually recreated the form at <a href="http://wmdpg.org/wm-external-communications-request-form/" rel="nofollow">http://wmdpg.org/wm-external-communications-request-form/</a> (pw: wmec) so that it can be used, however we can't edit any of the questions or we'll lose the form. Help! </p>
