However, after saving the form, the "Bulk Add / Predefined Choices" button disappears, and I am no longer able to add or edit this area of the form.</p> <p>I have searched the forums, and found information about plugin and theme conflicts. However, after changing to a the standard theme as advised, the same error exists. </p> <p>How can I troubleshoot this? Is anyone else having this problem? </p>
