			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi there. You could try using a shortcode toggle plugin (or, I imagine, insert some jquery to the same effect) which only shows content when you click on the toggle title. You could then insert the form within the toggle content area. From memory, there's a toggle/shortcode plugin in the WordPress repository. It might need some tweaking to look good. &#60;/p&#62;
