Nothing is different apart form the field names. I've gone over the backend of the form and can't see anything.</p> <p>I've tried turning off all plugins and running the site on TwentyTen and had no luck. The same problem occurs.</p> <p>The temporary URL is<br /> DOWN</p> <p>To replicate the issue, select "dropped off" and "4 parcels" on the first page.</p> <p>Any idea what this is all about?</p> <p>UPDATE: I fixed it. Was an issue with 2 different versions of jquery being called. Not sure why it still happened with 2010, unless I had previously modified the form </p>
