Each selection is worth one point. With 100 questions, there should be a total of 100 points scored for the employee review.</p> <p>1. I want to have this form auto-calculate one point for every checkbox selected<br /> 2. I want the results emailed both checked AND unchecked results (letting the employer know the employee's strong and weak points).<br /> 3. On a different part of the form, I have a rating system (how well the employee performed from a scale of 0 - 2, with each question being worth from 0 to 2 points depending on their rating).</p> <p>For example:<br /> Question - Cash was put in register (Yes,No) worth one point for Yes<br /> Rating - How polite was employee? (0,1,2) worth 0, 1, or 2 points</p> <p>When the form is submitted, the above two questions should return a total of up to four points depending on how the employee rated.</p> <p>I purchased a developer's license but I'm a little confused as to which add-on will easily accomplish these seemingly simple tasks. </p>
