It would be a jQuery calculation. You would write custom jQuery and add it to your theme on the page where your form is displayed. The only calculations it does as a built in feature are related to the Pricing Fields and pricing calculations with the Pricing fields. It doesn't calculate or do math on fields other than that. In order to do this you could only do it as a customization by writing custom jQuery to calculate values of certain fields and update the value of the total field.
