1. @grantlandram, please begin a new topic for your issue. This topic is a year old.
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/forum/gravity-forms#postform

2. In your new topic, please post a link to your form so we can see what's going on.

3. How does the datepicker look in the form preview? If it's OK there, it's likely a theme or plugin conflict. But we will need to see it to be able to help you.

If I was going to hazard a guess, I would suspect the "all-in-one event calendar by Timely" as it probably uses a datepicker, but that's just a wild guess. You can find instructions for testing for a theme or plugin conflict here http://rkt.gs/testing

Thank you.

Any updates on this? I'm having the exact same problem and can't seem to fix it by deactivating all the plugins. Running the following plugins:

advanced iframe, akismet, all-in-one event calendar by Timely, anythingslider for wordpress, backupbuddy, broken link checker, digg digg, disqus, easy fancy box, gravity forms + custom post types, gravity forms WYSIWYG, jetpack, mailchimp, RSS in page, simple 301 redirects, and wpjobboard.

I don't see any JS errors when inspecting, so I'm not sure what to do next.

I'm having the same issue - works in preview but calendar icon doesn't display on site. Thanks for the link for testing theme/plugin conflicts. I'lll check that out.

It works in preview mode just fine, I'm guessing I have something else interfering with the plugin. I'll see what I can make happen. Thanks for the info.

Somethings is dynamically setting a "width:0pt" value on the datepicker div. It could be another plugin that's causing the conflict.

Does the datepicker work correctly in the form preview?

Strange thing is that I saved your form page markup to my test area and without making any changes, the datepicker works just fine.

Have you already tried testing for theme/plugin conflicts?

The calendar option "event date" is a conditional field. You need to choose "wedding" or "meeting" from the first form field to see this option.

My problem, when I go to choose a date, the calendar box is way too small. I can't seem to figure out why this happens.
