I think in your case you could rely on conditional logic to show extra &#34;children fields&#34; depending on an answer to a drop down/radio/checkbox field asking how many children. Based on the answer, the appropriate number of fields display. You could also potentially use the &#34;List Field&#34; as an alternative.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm building a multi-page family registration form. One page contains Husband's info another page contains Wife's info. What do I do about children? There could be one child or a dozen in the house. I've created a one page for a child, if there are none they can just skip by it. But if there is more that one is there a way to call a child form and add embed it into the current family registration form? &#60;/p&#62;
