If that plugin is being replaced by Gravity Forms, go ahead and deactivate it. And what version of the add-on?</p> <p>I believe the error is due to the fact that the Services_JSON class is already declared by WordPress, (conditionally, in current versions for WordPress), and the add-on is trying to declare it again.
