			<description>&#60;p&#62;This issue was the result of a bug in the Campaign Monitor add-on. When the form included a product field, the &#34;full name&#34; property was being overwritten by the last selected product field value. This has been fixed and will be available in the v1.2 Campaign Monitor Add-on release.
