Carl,
Thanks for the tip on the front-end editor! I will give it a try since it looks exactly like what I need.

Gravity Forms can create pages (via hooks), however it isn't designed to edit data. Gravity Forms is designed to create data, not edit existing data. So it wouldn't work in this situation without customizations utilizing available API hooks. It probably would be more cumbersome than necessary. You may want to look into a plugin like the frontend editor plugin that allows users to edit things on the frontend.

There are probably a number of ways to accomplish this task, so let me try to explain the big picture first.

One of my clients has a need to revise a specific page on the WP site occasionally. Now I could set this up so that he could login to WP and edit that page. But I am trying to think of a more protected way for him to accomplish this. Maybe it would help if I give some more details. This is a site for an apartment complex and we would like to update a page (not separate posts) to indicate vacancies and upcoming vacancies.

So can Gravity Forms be made aware of who has logged into WP and then allow a form like this to be made available and used to rewrite a specific page?

I am open to other suggestions if you think there is a better way.
