Hi David,

We don't mind if multiple admins can see all the data just don't want multiple patients to see the other patient's data... well I guess GF is not going to work for us which is too bad casue I really do like your product at least from a window shopping point of view.

How do we proceed with a refund as I purchased the product so I could communicate with you guys with specific questions and now it seems we won't be able use it. Thanks again for your help!

Cheers - Gavin

Most of the features you've asked for in your second post don't exist. Entries are not user specific and can't be managed the way you've asked. All entries are viewable by all site administrators, so there is no way to use Gravity Forms as a system to communicate with clients/patients.

okay great thanks Vayu!

Hope it isn't too much trouble to field another question but we also need a client side/ admin side capability. Our customer is a doctor and wants his patients to be able to share their medical history with him via the forms pages. Upon the patient submitting their info he wants to be able to write notes, comments, send messages, and attach documents for the patient to see. Essentially there needs to be a secure login for the patient to be able to come back and view the notes, messages, etc. Each patient of course should only be able to view the information associated with their account for obvious privacy reasons.

Does this sound doable? Thanks again!

Hi.
Yes, you can setup a Gravityforms form on another WP installation. When it's done you can export and import the file via Forms->Export/Import.

I want to build a questionnaire form (6 pages and 310 inputs) with your software that we just purchased that we will be plugging into a WordPress site that we are to build for a client. We don't have domain, hosting, and or FTP information from our client yet (domain not chosen/purchased yet) and we want to get a head start on the forms portion of this project.

Any recommendations for building the forms w/o having WordPress activated for their domain, their theme uploaded to WP, much less having GF installed for this project?

Can I build a "temporary" version; activate a WP site using another domain that we own and upload GF and our clients theme from (Themeforest) to that WP site, complete the forms there and upon completion transfer the files over to the clients real WP website after the fact?

Please advise - thank you.
