Yes, the bounce should go back to the email address that it was sent from. So they would be notified if the From Address is set to one that they monitor or actively check.

Wouldn't the bounce or DSN just go back to the email address that the notification was sent from? It wouldn't be integrated with Gravity Forms, but you would still have a bounce message that you could correlate with the entry of the same (bogus) email.

Unfortunately, it would not notify you if the email can not be delivered. Gravity Forms does offer a wide range or hooks that would allow you to integrate this functionality with Gravity Forms if you are familiar with PHP.

Great! Sounds like I found my plug-in!

I do have one more question. I know you can have it send an autoresponse email when the form is submitted. If the email bounces (can't be delivered), would it tell me? (Basically I'm trying to make the person submitting the ballot is giving me a legitimate email address)

Yep. Gravity Forms can handle all of that. :)

Hello.
I want to do something like this:
http://bestoflasvegas.com/vote-2011/

We'd let people write-in votes in dozens of categories.
I'd probably export the data to compile the results.

I haven't decided whether we'd require them to register
or just provide contact info and we'll monitor the
IP addresses for ballot stuffing.

Can gravity forms help me?
