<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm making a very basic form and I would like to know if I can force users to fill out at least 1 out of 2 fields without actually making both required? Basically, a user would be required to fill in either their phone number or email (or both obviously). I'm sure there would be some way of doing this with javascript but I would prefer if I didn't have to do that.
