Instead of {all_fields} use {all_fields:empty}. That should take care of it.

Hi all,

My first gravity form project. My client does not want to make any of the fields required in her form; however, when she receives the resulting email, it confuses her that the non-filled-in fields are missing. I have the default configuration in the "Message" field under Notifications as {all fields}. Is there a way to have the resulting email display all the questions, even non-required ones with no answer? Many thanks for insight.
