&#60;p&#62;The notifications have been completely revamped in 1.7 and you will be able to do what you want.  1.7 is currently in beta.  You can read about it here:&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm running an event that is free, but encourages donations. I want the registrar to get the administrator message for all submissions and the treasurer to get a copy when there is a positive amount in the donation field.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In my experimenting, it seems I that the Email and Routing options are mutually exclusive (not just options to choose configuration options for two different confirmation rules). So my solution is to set up routing&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To: registrar when Condition1 is X&#60;br /&#62;
To: registrar when Condition1 is not X&#60;br /&#62;
To: treasurer when Amount is greater than 0&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm okay with them getting the same message ({all_fields}), but I guess I'd prefer to have an option for the admin message separate from messages that get routed based on particular values.
