No error message.</p> <p>I tried searching for similar problems using multiple search parameters and could not find anything. I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it. No change. I re-downloaded the plugin and re-installed the newly downloaded version. No change. I tried opening in explorer instead of Chrome. No change. I can not create a form.</p> <p>Probably something simple I am missing, but can not find it. Please help. </p>
