The PayPal add-on (if you're using it) has a checkbox where you can configure a condition. If the condition is true, then send the transaction to PayPal. If it's not true, then don't send to PayPal.</p> <p>Conditional logic is available for the submit button on the form as well, but it might not do exactly what you want. It will make the submit button unavailable until some condition is true. I have a drop down list with two entries one that says paypal and the other that say check.
