The last form submission I received was October 3rd.</p> <p><a href="http://www.torontosketchfest.com/the-festival/apply" rel="nofollow">http://www.torontosketchfest.com/the-festival/apply</a></p> <p>No matter whether or not the two required checkboxes are indeed checked, one cannot advance to the 2nd page of the form. If you select both checkboxes, it still produces the following error message:</p> <p>There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.</p> <p>But no errors are highlighted in the form whatsoever.</p> <p>I've gone into to look at the form, and nothing is any different than it was a few weeks back.</p> <p>Any prompt assistance with this is very much appreciated. </p>
