It's there as a "friendly name" more so you can easily identify it without having to look back at the form list to compare ID's. </p> <p>The form ID is what the plugin looks for to actually embed the form. The shortcode will work fine without the friendly name. It seems that the theme I am using for the website was perhaps responsible for this. I changed over to a default WordPress theme for a brief moment and was able to insert the code without a problem.</p> <p>Is there any workaround I can use so I can find out what to use to include in the short code for future forms and then just paste it in.
