You should take that up with your theme provider. If it works, you can leave it alone. However, if you have weird problems with shortcodes in the future, don't forget the functionality which is hidden in your theme. For a two page site, I suspect you may already know if there are other problems or not.

If you're not using the [raw] shortcode, it can be removed from the theme. However, you should talk to your theme provider about the problem and possibly how to remove this offending shortcode.

The raw tags did work. So if it's a small two page site, is it bad to leave them in there? Or is there a better way to solve this?

I think most Themeforest themes include the [raw] shortcode which wreaks all kind of havoc with this and modifies the processing of all shortcodes on your site. As a troubleshooting step, you can wrap your Gravity Forms shortcode with the [raw] shortcode [/raw] and see if the problem goes away. I am guessing it will.

However, it's best to remove the [raw] shortcode from the theme altogether as it can create additional problems. Please see these related topics.

Looks like something is injecting break and paragraph tags into the address field: Screenshot

You can test for a theme/plugin conflict here:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Actually looks like this is happening in your footer of the form as well, under the submit button. My guess is this is theme-related and could even have something to do with the newest release of WP.

I don't understand why the zip field is not aligned the way it looks in the form creator. It's aligned left in creation then pushed to the right and looks cut off when live. I have tried targeting it with id's but can't seem to get it right. Can someone help? Here is the form: http://www.3hbuyshomes.com
