@rob, please send me a WordPress admin login to chris@rocketgenius.com and I will take a look. Let me know in the email which columns you want on the left side, in case I can get it to work.

Normally, when this occurs in the form builder screen, it's due to a jQuery or JavaScript error on our page, which prevent our jQuery from working. Have you already eliminated plugin and theme conflicts http://rkt.gs/testing

Nope.

The mouse changes from curser to finger, but there's no "grab" action, it just highlights the text when I click in and drag up or down, or over.

I'd love to be able to see the charge status and e-mails quickly in my columns!

Try dragging one up on the right side, then dropping it on the right, then grab it again, and drag to the left. It does not always work when you try to drag up and over, from the bottom right side.

I've tried in a few different browsers but I can't seem to "pick up" the column names and drag them from Inactive to Active in the pop out that lets you arrange them after hitting edit.

Any idea what would be killing this? I tried it out on a no plugins Safari browser, Mountain Lion OS...nothin!
