WordPress flubs the installation process from time to time. Try completely uninstalling the plugin then doing a fresh installation. When I like on any of the 'create one' links I get a permissions issue - 'You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.' and everything in the 'new form' page is a little skew. </p> <p>I read some of the other posts from people with the same problem, and have deactivated all other plugins and reverted back to the twentyten theme. But It is still broken.</p> <p>Are you able to help me?</p> <p>Thanks. </p>
