SOLVED!
I used the Advanced Fancybox plugin. I changed this to the Fancybox for Wordpress plugin. I also made a second header.php file that I only use for the pages with the use of a fancybox so it can't conflict with other plugins that are loaded in the standard header.php file.
It must have been a jquery conflict, eventhough I've tried to workaround the conflicts.

Hi,

I can't figure out why Gravity Forms stops working in the admin (editting a form) when the Fancybox plugin is active. I don't use Fancybox to show a form (just iframe content not related to a form).
Website is www2.trafficcontrol.nl
How can I change what gets loaded in the header on WP admin pages to solve this problem? Which code do I place and in which file?

Hope someone can help. Cause I rather use Gravity Forms then any other contactform plugin. But I need to use Fancybox.

Thnx,
