This is going to be a server resource issue. It is most likely PHP memory related, although we have seen situations where it is MySQL related but that is unusual. The first thing I would do is increase your available PHP Memory.

You can read more on how to do this here:

http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/

When trying to export:
Firefox can't find the file at http://.../wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export.

Tried it in Safari, and also doesn't work. Using the newest gforms 1.5.2.8.

I noticed that if you limit the date field so that the form export size is less than 256kb, it will process fine. So, this particular form has lots of fields and entries so it fails with the defaults, unless you limit it to a week at a time. Other forms on the site are smaller so they export, but are usually less than 100k in size. Is this a gforms issue or a server issue?

thanks
