Ok tried out your new version and seems to work well.

And as you said it does only validate as transitional, I should have looked more closely..

Thank you for your time and effort, I will continue to tell people to use your plugin.

Our marketing isn't misleading. Misleading suggests we are intentionally making false claims, which we are not. There just happens to be a bug that impacts one of our many form field types that causes a validation issue. We are resolving this bug and it will be fixed in our next release.

Your web site not validating temporarily is not going to impact your site visitors. If it is an issue, deactivate the plugin until the fix is in place. We have already sent you an updated version of the plugin that corrects this issue so you can try it out before the public release.

After this issue is corrected it will NOT validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict. Our marketing only advertises XHTML 1.0 Transitional compliance.

I would say the fact that you just purchased the plugin, discovered a bug and we have already corrected the bug and will be releasing an updated version of the plugin that corrects the bug in the span of a couple days is a testament to the quality of service and support we provide.

David,

I sent you an email with the latest version so you can test it out. It should take care of the reCaptcha validation issue. The public release will still be a couple of days out, but hopefully this takes care of the immediate need.

You can see my test.. simple form with no page elements and the validator screenshot

We'll be releasing 1.3.11 in the next few days. I'd suggest just waiting and running the update when it's available.

So what do you suggest then?

Seeming it clearly states that your plugin validates on the front page of your website.

Slightly misleading...

How long do we need to wait, until we get the product as it is described?

Really scratching my head over this one ....

cannot get a page to validate when using the recaptcha on a form.. Please see

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://boring-group.com/contact-details/

sure that there must be something wrong as you so clearly state that your forms validate

thanks for any help
