It's happening on the MailChimp side of things and we have no control over that. But MailChimp would certainly know better than us as far as this functionality goes. </p> <p>What is happening is MailChimp is ignoring the welcome email setting if double opt-in is selected. But MailChimp many not be honoring the settings that we pass to it as far as the Welcome Message goes. We just pass the data to MailChimp, after that it's MailChimp who handles everything on that end.</p> <p>My suggestion to see if it's a MailChimp setting was just that, a suggestion. I don't know where it would be because i've never encountered this issue with MailChimp. What version of Gravity Forms and the MailChimp Add-On are you currently using? Verify that they are the latest releases of both and let me know.
