I noticed one of the properties set on the input is disabled="disabled" but I don't know what is causing this.</p> <p>Any ideas as to how I can resolve this please?</p> <p>The form is added via shortcode in a Spot (<a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/spots/" rel="nofollow">http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/spots/</a>) which is then output as part of the template. I don't know if this is part of the problem? I don't see why it would be. </p>
