Something in your theme's formalize.css file is causing your issue. If you deactivate that file, then the inputs work properly. There's no javascript errors in the console, I'm not using any weird CSS hacks, and my google-fu didn't turn up anything relevant. Is this a browser bug? I haven't seen this on any of the other contact forms I've done.
