I had this same problem where my captcha wasn't working on firefox, but did on IE. I fixed it by getting all new keys.

Thanks Carl. What seems strange to me is that it's fine in IE but not Firefox. I also have Gravity Forms on the same theme, different site, and it displays fine in both. Very odd.

You will have to check for plugin or theme conflicts. the reCAPTCHA is a 3rd party service and uses their javascript. It sounds like something on your site is conflicting with their javascript.

You will have to first try activating the default TwentyTen theme and check to see if the issue still occurs. If it does then something in your theme is conflicting with the reCAPTCHA javascript. If it still doesn't work then you will have to check for plugin conflicts.

To test for plugin conflicts you need to deactivate *ALL* other plugins and then test to see if the reCAPTCHA works. If it does then a plugin is causing the issue. Activate each plugin one by one and test the reCAPTCHA after each one until you discover the plugin that is causing the javascript conflict.

We have no control over the reCAPTCHA javascript.

Another option is to install the Really Simple Captcha plugin and use that instead of reCAPTCHA. When you install the RSC plugin you will have a new option available to you when you add a captcha to your form.

I'm getting a Captcha error in Firefox, but not IE. The error says Input error: Invalid referer. I've updated my reCaptcah key and pass, so I'm not sure what's causing the issue. Here's the URL. http://www.freedoraexplorergames.com/contact/

Thanks.
